Shipping: Please plan accordingly prior to purchase, currently shipping wait times are longer during Corona and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Tracking information will be on all orders and sent via email given at check out.
Shipping Agreements: Customers agree not to hold Z’s Specialty liable for any damage received during shipping. Upon purchase customers agree that Z’s Specialty is not responsible for packages be stolen from their porch and or drop off location. By shopping with Z’s Specialty customers agree that once the package is out of our hands and with the shipper that it is not our fault for anything that might happen to their order once it leaves our hands.
NO returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made once the order has been shipped and delivered. We cannot guarantee that once the order has been placed that changes can be made to the existing order.
Policies: These products are not FDA approved, and are not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose anything in anyway. Most of these products are not to be eaten in anyway and are to be used for the outside of your body only with the exception of teas and jellies.
